About The Company
IPSY is the beauty industry’s most powerful platform, connecting millions of members, brands, and creators through personalized beauty experiences. Known for its signature Glam Bag, BoxyCharm, Icon Box, and Refreshments collections, IPSY empowers self-expression and discovery through curated products and engaging content. As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer – Growth, I design and optimize high-performing static and motion ads across digital and social platforms. My role focuses on blending creativity with performance—experimenting with visuals, testing new design hypotheses, and using data-driven insights to refine campaigns that boost user acquisition, retention, and brand engagement. Collaborating closely with the growth, copy, and production teams, I help craft visually compelling stories that convert while staying ahead of emerging trends in beauty and social media.


































Kumon App
Kumon currently doesn’t have an app that is working against them because since covid so many of our basics have moved online. I wanted to build an app that can track progress and do some daily assignments through the app. Giving the child a higher chance to learn and engage with their audiences.




Social Media
Social media is a big part of everyone's lives including kids and parents. We want to use Kumon’s Instagram to give tips and make young kids feel less threatened by the idea of having to go to a learning center.
